Aspirations for 6 speed

i would love this site to reach the highest level. could we have:

1] posters justify their assertions in real knowledge and experience, or indicate when they are hypothesing.

2] respect the experts -- keep the experts from getting so irritated with the BS, we lose their valuable posts as happened elsewhere. we know who knows, don't we? we need them badly to want to speak up, and not be drowned in ignorant diatribe or dispute.

3] people being wrong and people looking for help are suppported and corrected in a polite manner, based on #1 above

4] BS kept to clearly indicated joking. i love to joke around as you all know, but try to limit it to people who know when i'm kidding. let's try not to be ironic, cycnical or jokingly critical until we have a strong relationship between ourselves.

5] no personal criticisms, no profanity. focus on the cars and the technical. even experts disagree but let's keep it on the issues.

what do you guys think? better fundamentals we could have? Board leaders' comments?

if i'm out of line i apologise, going faster going grainy, splitting into particles and disappearing at 165 on the Mtn City Highway, Elko

I agree. I will try not to bash on wheel waxers and profilers so much. After all, this is a great site, and hopefully the people in the above-referenced category will be inspired by people like Watt and Ruf Racer to actually drive their cars hard once in a while or better yet, go open road racing.

I am on board with Watt. I do want to mention that we have to keep in mind that everyone has thier own reasons on why they own a Porsche or exotic. There is no right or wrong reason. If someone does not street race, own a 700hp TT, or drive thier car to the limits it does not mean they are not a true enthusiast.

I am on board with no profanity, or personal attacks. I think so far admin has been very lenient. Only two or three posts have been deleted out of 11000 in two months. Lets get back on topic and talk cars.
