What about trying different tires on it? Like said above, the wheels may be perfect, but the tires may be out of round. I do believe that the roadforce looks for out of round tires though. You searched for a Hunter 9700 in your area, correct? That is the way you want it to be balanced.

Did you ever contact Vince @ iForged and discuss this with him. I have had dealings with him ( I have 19 3pc on my M3) and he was most helpful. If you are in So Cal area, iForged can direct you to a competent shop.

Yeah, I took the wheels back to Vince, and they did the balancing on the Hunter 9700 with tires. I am going to mount the wheels back on the car tonight, and torque the wheels in the air. If the vibration still exists, I am getting rid of these I-Forged wheels and just go back to stocks, so I can enjoy driving my car again. No more aftermarket wheels for me. This has been a nightmare!

Nothing worse than wheel and tire vibration to drive you crazy. If these wheels can't be balanced by the Hunter 9700, I would make IForged take them back. Even if they say they are perfect, they aren't if they can't be balanced, they are useless. Good luck with this.

I have had three sets of Iforged wheels. When are you getting these vibrations? Is it during driving the car in the rain? What wheels do you have? One of the problems I had previously is that when you drive any reverse lip wheel in the rain, the water collect in the barrel and causes the shaking and vibrations.

that sucks to hear. just to state the obvious, wheels and tires aren't suppose to be so hard to balance =P

iforge should stand up to this and help you fix this issue, -1

The only other thing would be some kind of tire problem. If you mount new tires and they balance up, then it wouldn't be the wheels.

It's kinda hard to buy another set of new tires just to check the wheels. My PS2s cost a little over $2000. On a side note, it took America's Tire Co hours to mount those tires on these I-Forged. They were having problems with the air leaks on all four wheels. They charged me $100 to do the work, and they worked on it for 6 hours. The manager told me that he should've charged me $100 per wheel... Great company never the less. They balanced my wheels and tires 4 times free of charge with no complaints, and I didn't even buy the tires from them.

I'm leaning towards a bad tire on this one. I have had a few sets of new tires that were bad in the past for customers. Easiest way to rule it out is to swap on another set of tires on the rims, then you know for sure. Unfortunately, you need a spare set of rubber to do that.
