Saw a 997 Carrera S in person

I was over at Bob Smith BMW picking up my car there it was. Interestingly enough there was an 03 turbo for sale very nearby and I could compare the cars visually.

The 997 looks like a bigger car and has some nice curves. It also has a huge front overhang (the space between the front of the car and the front edge of the front wheels).

The overhang is my pet peeve with almost all 911s (the only flaw I can identify, it makes the cars cars look very 80s in my opinion. Personally I like the look of the 996 turbo much better than the 997 (non turbo).

Don't get me wrong I love 911s and am very much looking forward to purchasing a yellow 02+ plus turbo in the coming months!
