Performance Question?
Performance Question?
Looking at doing a new project with an 01-02 996 turbo, and was looking at headers, exhaust, intake, tune (93 octane safe boost map but on the high side of safe) and coilovers and was wondering what performance numbers realistically I could be looking at (0-60, 1/4 mile etc) and what mechanical issues if any I should look out for with the added boost. Thanks and I look forward to your input!

0-60 and 1/4 mile times are subjective...as in how good a driver are you? As far as the mods you listed, assuming your AWD, probably put you in the 380-440whp range, depending on the flash and mufflers and the intake and....oh yeah, the search button is your friend. All this info is here...

We've run 11.5 @ 122 with a flash and exhaust. 0-60 is about 3.5 last I checked but likely quicker on a quick pass. These cars can be quite reliable, just need to keep up on preventative maintenance.
