It's like asking "am thinking about becoming a lifetime member of a Child Abuse Prevention non-profit org for $1800. Think it's worth it?".

Yes, it's worth it. But ONLY if your intention is to help CHPs and their families, not your driving record.

You'd want a V1 and drive more carefully for the latter.

I agree. BUT I think the CHP subtly encourages the notion that those who join will get preferential treatment by handing out those license plate brackets.

I don't want to sound like a heartless bastard, but let's be honest with ourselves here guys.

How many people hear about the 11-99 foundation and first think, "gee I'd sure like to give $1800 to all the widows and children of fallen CHP officers". If you do, that's great. But I think that most people think, "hmm...I bet that might help get me out a ticket someday".

The foundation itself even acknowleges this fact - that's why they give you license plate frames & a wallet sized ID card. If they thought they could solicit enough donations on the basis of pure unadulterated charity, they'd just give you a simple thank you letter.

Would I expect to get out of going 100 in a 65 with my 11-99 frames? Absolutely not. I might expect the ticket to be written for a lower, less penalizing speed. But I would expect a chippie to look the other way on issues like window tint, front plate, etc...

Valid point about CHP's marketing genious at work in getting money from us with this suggested, but not guaranteed chance of return. Sounds like a bad investment call to me if you'll buy into the hype/notion.

Picking on tint, front plate, is a *****. Maybe it doesn't hurt to remind the officer about your 11-99 support and see if good interpersonal skills could get you out of it.

Otherwise, a sex change and a pair of RaveTT twin-jugs might work better.

Dude I'd get the breast implants on myself just so I could play with them all day.

OK this will sound weird...I've never felt a pair of implanted cans before...how does it compare to the 'au natural' type?

Just from what I've heard from a physician friend - they are firm and not as playful as the real deal.

C'mon I know plenty of you guys have women with saline.

I have felt many of them, and to be honest the faker they are the better they are imo. Some are firmer than others, depending on what kind of implant they have, and what kind of job they got. The girls that go to Lee's Discount **** usually end up with the rock hard ******* that are about 8 inches apart, stretched out like a rubber band thats about to snap, and have their nipples pointing in different directions. So if you are thinking about getting your lady a pair, dont nickle and dime it.
