Should I rotate my OEM Pirelli Assemetrico's?

Because most hard turning I do is to the right, I was wondering if there is any reason why I can't rotate them from side to side since they are not directional tires?

OK, I am definitely a noob. How about the rear inner wear because of the camber. Can the tires be taken off, turned around and put back on the rim to even out the inner/outer wear, or is that just stupid?
