on the top menu bar at the far right you will see user CP, which is the user control panel...it should display the last 12 reps, any comments and the thread they came from

 

You go to your CP and go all the way down to the bottom....and you'll see a section called Rep Power....and it'll have some of the last "votes" you've gotten. Sometimes they just show up anonymously and just appear with no indication of who sent it....in other instances, guys might post a quick note next to the rep power vote that was posted...sometimes with their ID so you know who left it. You can also leave a negative that will show up as red dot....I saw one fellow who had four of them...must've pissed off a bunch of folks.

Here's a question... I can see red reps (I know who you are...) and green reps... some on the same thread but different posts within that thread.

BUT what is a "grey" colored rep??? Is this possibly a positive and a negative for the same eact post??? Gotta love it if so...

A grey rep is rep from someone that doesn't have any points of their own.

I also notice that someone neg repped me in the "all things political" forum and left the comment "your post is inappropriate, this is not a political forum". What a moran.

The really funny thing is I am a Political Scientist in my day job. Sheesh, thats what I get for mixing bussiness (politics) w/ pleasure (6speed).

 

rep whoring is not only allowed it is often encouraged...mod rep to you doc to offset the political neg rep you got..

 

I must be looking in the wrong place. When I go to user CP then scroll to the bottom, the bottom folder is Misc. with the last file attachments. I never did understand rep power before.

 

on my user control panel the subscribed threads are first and latest reputation received is second...you may have to click on the orange button on the right if the window is closed...

mine goes from subscribed threads, page count, then the forum jump file. I tried the orange button, no joy.
