Weight Reduction - Plastic Wheel Arch Linings

My Challenge Stradale or a Reanult Megane R26R for that matter, doesn't have Plastic Wheel Arch Linings, are they easy to remove, what do they weigh?

They don't weigh much...but they keep rocks and debris from making a lot of noise and denting your fenders from the inside.
