Guys,

I'm planning on changing both in the next couple of weeks. 6 speed box 28k miles on an '03 X50.

I've seen references to a "flush" then change. How would one go about flushing? would you use the lubricant for the final fill in the flush (I have Mobil Delvac 75W – 90 on order)?
