Just got my cable on saturday the 24th!!! which is super fast considering it was shipped on the 22nd and I ordered it late on the 21st and the fact that it was being shipped from Portland, OR to Chicago, IL.

Well, I got to use it today and found out I have no 2nd stage overrevs on my 58000 mile car which made me smile I also reset the adaptiveness on the Tiptronic and cleared the Airbag light.

Also, I went to their website, and noticed that the cable I got came withour a case that they show on there, so I e-mailed them to see what's the deal.

Well to my surprise I got an e-mail back in less than 3 hours on a Sunday! that went like this: Talk about good and pleasant service and going above and beyond.

Hi Adam,
Your order was placed, on Tuesday the 20th, and was shipped on the 21st. We received the new cases and published photos of them on afternoon of January 22nd. We started shipping the new cases on January 23rd.

You can see this by looking at the timestamp on the photo of our website if you right click and select properties on the picture on our website you will see that the picture was created on the 22nd, two days after your order.

So this is why we did not ship you the new case. We would be happy to send you one of the new cases for no charge and will mail one to you on Monday.
