I've never heard of a third party that does custom fabrication, but if you find someone, I'd be interested. I'm sure they'd want a minimun order to offset the cost of the molds.

Contact Chris at C2 design in Tampa. He does stuff like that. He can make anything you want carbon fiber. I've seen his work. Amazing. It's not cheap, but not unreasonable.
I'm away from home, so I don't know the website. You can either google it, or go to yahoo yellow pages and look for C2 design in Tampa.

There have been some guys in the turbo forum that have already had some carbon work done. Check with GaryFL

Lou,

C2dusa.com the number is on the site.... Ask for Chris.. tell him I sent you.. I have been working with him for a long time...

Do you have any carbon now? His match is good... But he cannot get the exact pattern of the OEM carbon... His is close and if you have none no one will ever know. He did my armrest and the small piece behind and nobody noticed that it does not match exactly to thre console...

No, no carbon now. My idea was to mix some alum look with some carbon. Ryan has it like that in his GT2 and I think it looks fantastic. Anyway, thanks, I'll call him and see what he can do.

Lou:

I had Chris do some work also. Nice quality, a little expensive but I'll use him again.

How expensive? I mean if its close to just purchasing the pieces, I'll just do that.

I saw these guys on e-bay recently and the photos look like they do pretty good work, but I have no first-hand experience with the company. Maybe somebody here on the board does??

As you and others mentioned before, if you are not matching anything already in the car then I am sure that this would work nicely for you...

Lou, William Rau Restoration did the carbon on my RUF wheel before RUF came out with their own. It looked amazing, excellent Weave. Pure Carbon.

Ryan,

How many girls can we fit in that SL? That's the determining factor! I forgot to tell you about Saturday night, you'll love it.
