That's awesome! I was never implying that the website was lying, I was just wondering if anyone had real-world experience with those numbers...you have confirmed it, thanks! That is a great bargain for that much hp

UPDATE on EPL experience. I just went out a little rally from Miami to Naples and I noticed the part throttle is very good now that I had a chance to run it.

On the highway going 80-95mph on the way down to Miami I averaged 24.5mpg

On the highway boosting the crap out of the car upto 150mph, stoplights, inner city, crusing at 90 on the way to Naples I averaged 19.9mpg. Remember I have straight pipes but this is still very very good.

Do you live in Miami or Naples? I'm in Bonita Springs--who do you use to service/upgrade your ride--who did your EPL flash?

I've never had anything but pump gas in my tank so far (dynos, 60-130, driving around, everything has been on 93). Looking forward to trying the smelly stuff though.

I can confirm the same results. I just dynoed my EPL flash only car..it dynoed 396whp and 480tq on a Dyno Dynamics. So that about 420+ WHP on a Mustang AWD. I am very happy with the results. For those on the fence , i would say go for it ...its awesome.

I just ordered the UMW flash (nothing else yet) as my first mod. Should be all set up by the weekend.

Anything important to know about driving with this? (Break-in period, things to watch out for, etc).

Thanks!

Can anyone compare the UMW vs EPL tune. These seem like the two most popular.

well, I don't know about either being the most popular, but I do know that both gentlemen are the most knowledgeable people I have ever talked to about tuning so I don't think you can go wrong with either. I went with Kevin because he stays with the all German turbo theme which I like. He builds and mods german turbos. other than that, I think going to either would do your car infinite good as you are not likely to grenade a motor with their tune.
