TechArt GT Street Rear Bumper for the 996
Hey Guys,
Just wanted to see if people are feeling this new bumper I had custom made for my car. This is the 997 TechArt GT Street rear bumper that I had custom modified to fit my 996. What do you guys think? Should I keep the 996 bumper with the TechArt add-on or do the 997 GT Street rear bumper?
Thanks!
Jason
here is a picture of my car with the 996 bumper and TechArt Add-on:

dont do it bro! the freak replica bumper looks straight wrong on the 996 WB...doesnt flow at all...your current rear bumper setup is one of the best rear bumper setups for a 996 WB
IMO...the 996 techart rear looks sick on a 996...the 997 techart rear looks sick on a 997...and thats that

I think in the pic and as a stand-alone peice, it looks awkward espeically unpainted. I think with a full kit, it will look really good and extremely aggressive. Unvmym3 will be the first one to have this on his car... I'm anxiously awaiting pics

Sorry, but why not get the Techart GT Street rear bumper for the 996 if you want a bit more extreme than your existing set up, I love the more angular look and dry carbon diffuser of that bumper as it doesnt look too extreme.
The 997 GT Street just looks a bit too heavy for the rest of the car.
