Soft brake pedal after brake bleed - help needed
I think I got some air in the system from reservoir going too low but I thought I was able to push it all out. Short of redoing the whole thing again, are there any tips/tricks that I should follow? It is not horrible but certainly softer/going deeper than before with oil fluid and old pads.
For additional info, I started with the rear right side, bled about 1/2 qt from that side and then continued with the other rear and the fronts to bled about another 1/2 qt. I used a brake bleeder with ~15psi. After short drive and soft pedal, I went back to bled a little bit out of each corner but was not able to get any air bubbles from any corner. Thanks in advance.

I had a soft pedal after upgrading to the 6 piston GT3 brakes. Drove it a while and re-bled the system again and it firmed up. Probably just need to drive and shake to get the bubbles to come along.

Larry is right... Drive it a little and work the system a bit before a re-bleed AS LONG as everything is still safe as is. I would certainly double check for any leaks before taking it on the road and then put a little seat time on it and simply re-bleed to get all the air out. Good luck.

Got it - glad to hear I am not missing anything. The car brakes fine and all lines look OK/no leaks. If no improvement by Tuesday, then I will rebleed. I am going to putnam park on 4/10 so gotta be ready! Thanks

Another follow-up question - ANY chance I got air into the master cylinder and need to have this corrected at a dealer? If anyone has put air inside the system and had to go to the dealer let me know! I dont want to have any issues at Putnam so would need to book dealer time asap. Thanks
