With a black interior one might survive, but the inside and outside as a package is overwhelming.

I am pretty sure this has been for sale since mid to late 2008...ya gotta hope it is on consignment, although probably not since the last registration was 1/15/2008. The dealer prolly brought low, then figured even with the color the miles would sell it...and then the market tanked. He is chasing it to the bottom and still hasn't learned to cut his losses.

this poor car has been up for sale for how long now? at least a year. It didn't sell when prices were still ok, there is no way in hell it's going to sell now. at least not any where near it's buy it now price. A good paint job to completely overwhelm that color will cost upwards of 13k.

 

If I could buy it, get all new interior and a new, factory quality paint job for under 30k, then I'd go for it.

I would buy it, wrap it, strip the interior, throw in a recaro seat and a momo wheel and make it serve track duty full time

 

There is something to be said for individuality...just not anything good in this instance.

I'm surprised there's still a reserve at 30k... I thought I saw this car on autotrader for about that much.

Looking at the options list...it says there was no charge for the leather color...but just for that wood interior the guy spent $6100 for dashboard package, 1595 for the rear center console in wood, 1180 for, and 865 for the brake/shifter in wood.

So $9740 for that hideous wood interior!!

 

i want one if only the exterior was the same color... gee i've looked all these years and here it is my dream color combo..and the wood interior well gee golly wizz that the answere to my dreams.....

 

the funny (or sad) thing is, the person who bought this car new was probably thinking something similar... just not sarcastically

 

Ok, i'm gonna put this out there, I'll trade the guy (or gal) straight across for my car as it sits right now.

 

Looks like a full out track car to me....pull the interior and a few cans of black spray paint !!!

 

Strip everything out and use it as a track car

 

not sure the track would allow that color. might be too much of a distraction to the other racers.
