less traffic, less people, less smog, better schools, great beer(Fat tire), stunning views, great hiking, cycling, trail running, better community. Too many pluses to list really. Suffering in a few snowstorms is worth it, besides the 16 inches I got will be gone by Tuesday

I was sick of living in the foothills and not being able to see the big mountains behind me, until the Santa Ana's hit, then I could view the mountains as I was chasing my patio cover down the street.

The less likely event of theft. Also the better exclusivity. A 996TT up in Mn is equivalent to a Veyron in LA or Miami
