I think it's safe to say he won't be getting any business here. At the very least maybe he can explain his situation and let our forum brethren get their cars and parts back.

I didn't realize he was banned... did he do something in violation to the policies here on this FORUM?

he violated his agreement with IB..and their policy is that when a sponsor violates that agreement they are banned...so you would do better calling IB than posting here...I'll give you a good example..Lucent was banned for the same reason..when they were banned so was Arling even though he didn't own Lucent...as long as Lucent is still in violation they won't let Arling back on the board as a regular member..I would very much like to have Arling back but I couldn't make it happen

you just suceeded in closing this thread too...I don't want a Suman said Stephen said..it doesn't matter...the car is on it's way back to Suman and I doubt if Suman thinks much of the service he received...
