B&M Trak Shifter and GT3 Console Delete...

Found some pics stored on my cell phone some time back and thought I'd share. GREAT mods. The shifter is right there and the console delete keeps that box off my shin. Enjoy.

Some day, I've got to get around to extending the wires for the seat heater switches. I put the switches in on the rear portion of the console, but the wires need to be cut, spliced, and extended. Wish a harness existed....

Did you happen to weigh the entire assembly after you removed it?

I really like that shifter ball...something different, but very cool! Where did you get it, and did it come with the shaft?

Thanks!

Thanks!

The shifter ball is an ebay supplier. He makes them per order.

The long shaft is part of the shifter and comes with the bm shifter.

No, but I'm sure that the new shifter is only very slightly heavier, the console and all the bits is WAY heavier. Saved maybe 6 lbs.

Looks great, I'll have to get one of those long shifters and find an appropriate beer tap to use in our camo car lol
