Key lost its code?

The primary key I've been using for almost 2 years stopped locking and unlocking. It's red light is on but acting weird and the other key seems to work stuff fine. Anybody have this and was it a simple dealer fix? TIA

Could it be a low battery?

There was a recall on this. I had the same problem. The dealer gave me a new key and informed me of the recall.

I frequently have the exact same problem, but it corrects itself. I did not hear about a recall.

Any other experiences?

If the keys are dropped sometimes the program is lost. They have to be re-programed by the dealer. Keys of today are re high tech.
