yeah, the fans weren't calibrated to simulate 200+ mph drags unfortuneately. As soon as I can get Santa Claus to bring the parts we ordered for it we should be able to hit 2000 whp. Keep you posted!!

Yes I am running Kevin's SII turbos, but they have been modified with an even larger turbine. I dont want to run 100 oct. mixture all the time, w/o it the ZC turbos just arent worth it for me yet. When I get rid of my M3 and buy another car that can put a smile on my face similar to my 996TT I will upgrade to ZC turbos. I just drove Dan Aspesi's car making well over 700bhp today and let me tell you something... IT IS REDICULOUS!!!

You don't need to run 100 all the time though?! You can run 91 just fine However to really benefit of course you need 100... Dan's car is that black cab (I think it was the ByDesign car right?).... Should be fun....

An A/R ratio on the turbo's of 50? The inducer diameter looks a little small, maybe it is the pic. What is the inducer diameter.

yes that was his car... he has an Orient Red TT coupe now that is faster than words can describe. It is almost too fast... I call it scenery enhancement - push the gas pedal and watch the scenery become more abstract in seconds.

That's the compressor AR. What's wrong with that Chad? (EDIT: sorry just read the rest of your post again) If that's the turbo I believe it is, a pair of those should be able to supply air for over 1000hp. Small or not, that's a lot of airflow . My PTE67 .70AR looks tiny too but it doesn't mean it won't flow .

Alex, grab some calipers and measure the wheel for me or PM/IM me the specs. Thanks.

Sil

sharkster,

That is a very low a/r ratio. It is great for jack rabbit starts and it will definitely eliminate lag. An example, a 68 a/r would be great for jack rabbit starts. It will also start to run out of steam at around 5500 rpm's. I guess it all depends on what you want out of the car.

I am using 3-1/4" inducer diameters. What are these?
