Life expectancy of Deverter Valves ??
Rolled over 50K at the track a few weeks back and decided it was time for a spark plug/coil pack change this past weekend, I had about 25K miles on the old set.
As I was doing the job, I started to wonder about the DV's (I have Evo's DV's), what is their normal life expectancy 30K .. 60K .. don't need to be replaced ??
I have noticed that the car will still boost to 1.2 bars, but slowly drops back down to 0.9 at about .1 bar/sec (that's one-thousand-one ... one-thousand-two).
Any info/thoughts is always appreciated.
