I think that was my car. I saw a silver tt with lowered suspension (otherwise seemingly stock) on 101 near San Mateo at around 10. I followed him and then he started accelerating, I think we got upto 120 at one point. Then we saw the cop and slowed down. After a while he took the exit and I continued my way home.
Sad thing was that I was later pulled over by a cop. He said he followed us for 5 minutes and saw what me and your friend did. I got a ticket and I think your friend got away.

YEP it was you Lawrence then. I will tell my friend it was you. He said that you guys did pass a cop and that he saw him and let him go. He thinks the cop knew him thats why he let him go. And my friend was telling me more like 150 ;-)

that is my second speeding ticket in a year. the officer put down 80mph+ on the ticket but actually I was doing way more than that. I guess i wasn't very unlucky after all.

when I was pulled over there were actually 2 CHP cars at the scene. I heard one officer telling the other one your friend took the exit earlier. is that why he got lucky??
I don't know how much the ticket will be. I am actually more concerned about the points that will be deducted cause my last speeding ticket was in march. well I guess I just have to be very careful right now especially at night, there is no way you can see very far when it is dark outside.

i will put you in touch with my friend so you can share the name of the officer who cited you. Maybe he knows him and could help you out. You know that if you decide to find this in court and the officer does not show up, then your ticket is void.
