amen on that! What a rip off!. The have the nerve to show a red hot rotor as the PCCB... and when you contest it..the usual response is ..sorry,you 'tracked it' so we can not 'honor' the request for replacement!

I understand and didn't fully comprehend your 1st post where you specified non Motorsports parts. If you can come up with a kit for +/- $1300 it would be a steel.

Ya.......it's a nice alternative. Anyone near Sarasota? Or would someone want to be a guinea pig?

Thumbs up

We were able to verify the rear brake pads, so we should have a complete kit. Still looking for a test mule. With all of the items required, the complete conversion package would be $1450. The kit includes all pads, rotors, pad sensors, caliper bolts, rotor bolts, pad dampners.

From what I can tell, this will fit most models with the PCCB Brake system:

Turbo (2001-2005)
GT2 (2002-04)
GT3 (2002-04)
Carrera 4S (2002-08)
Carrera "S" Models (2005-08)
Cayman (2006-08)
Boxster (2005-08)

We will keep checking on this, and try to verify the other applications.

Awesome price. Just buying Deman or 996 Cup front rotors and 997 Cup rear rotors is close to $1400 without pads.

porscheralph is infamous around these parts
So the cost of the entire system is less then the cost of ONE PCCB rotor!!! Now it starts to make some real sense to me!

lol.........ya! That makes this a killer deal. The PCCB rotors are about $4000 a piece. And the complete cast-iron conversion kit (PCCB delete kit) is $1450., and this replaces all brake pads and rotors. Not too shabby, eh?
