Hello all, I was wondering what would be the ideal setup for rims that are

19x9.0 and rear 19x11.0 for 996TT lowered.

I see numbers all over so Id like idea on what I would be looking out for. Thanks

 

235/35 and 315/25 is the sizing of choice for 19s on the 996TT.

 

great, thats what i read.. i do see some running some weird rears like 295 and 305.. any reason to this? also whats the brands people are going with?

also read about going with a wrong size might eat up my V/C for the diff.. I want to avoid that if possible

 

thats usually cuz they want a certain tire and it doesn't come in that size.

as far as what tire everyone is running, that is all over the map. budget and usage should determine that I say.

 

what about 19 x 8.5, i'm thinking 235/35/19 ?

assuming 315/25/19 for the rear 19x11's
