Door locks and window issues

So I recently attended some training for work in Monterey, which means I had to park my car outside for two weeks. It got fairly cold at night and my motel was right on the coast. Anywho about a week into the training I started to notice that once I got in my car and started driving the door lock light would turn on. I'd turn it off and it would cycle the door locks, flash the interior lights, honk at me, and then lock the doors again. It was only do it in the mornings and wouldn't be an issue in the warmer afternoons. Not it does it randomly regardless of temperature. Wtf?

Next issue (also new since my two week stay on the coast), my passenger side window will not crack itself when you open and close it. As a result the window sticks out past the, seal for a lack of a better word, and you have to roll it down and up to get it to seal properly. This also happens as randomly as my door lock issue. Wtf?

Micro switches in the door latch would be my guess. Could be sticking or could be going bad.
