Hey guys, the other night I met up with one of your own (Enrique) to do a few pulls and a mountain side run (Mexico of course). All I could say is "WOW"! I really couldn't believe how well his 996TT handled....unbelievable. It was a real pleasure getting to feel what these cars are capable of doing. From a straight line monster to a fricken awesome track car. This was the most exhilarating ride of my life in a car. I could totally see how addictive the track could be with the right car.

Me personally, I own a 06 E55AMG with the hopes of owning a P-car in the future. For now, with my young family, my 4 door grocery getter will have to do.

This thread also give me a chance to say HI to everyone and you count on seeing me around. Great forum guys. It's a nice change to read something other than MB stuff.

It's really nothing special but once I get my CF stuff installed I'll take the time to take some nice pictures. Now if I had a P it wouldn't matter !

 

One piece of advice -- don't sell the E55. I own both and they're both amazing cars. There are days where the convenience, luxury and power of the E55 wins when I go into the garage.

I'll never my sell my TT. Unless I wreck it or something unrelated to the car addiction happens. I'll buy other cars, but this one is a keeper. I've owned almost 30 mostly exciting, desirable cars. This is the first I've wanted to keep.

 

My E55 is staying with for a long while. I spent too much time and money into this damn beast just to let it go for pennies. Anyways, my P-car is still one car away. My next purchase will be a used M5TT (need to wait a bit but that's okay), unless MB comes up with an answer.

Nah, we were just having a friendly runs just for ***** and giggles. There's a M6 I would like to run and if he's game I'll get it on video. The true experience was through the Mexico mountains....WOW!!!!!
