Brake pads for 997 S

I need some input on brake pads for an 07 997S that has 11k miles on it. I am going to do a DE with this car next week and wonder if I should bring some pads? Does the 997 use them very quickly. My Viper would run through a set in 1 DE weekend. My E stock Carrera racecar uses a set in 2 race weekends. I have only had the 997 for 3 mos and don't have a clue.
What pads are good for mainly street and occasional DE use. I really don't care too much about extra performance on track as this is just for fun, (the racecar is the one I care about lap times in). I just want good stock or better performance, good longevity, and quiet street use. What are your thoughts? Thanks for the help!
