The switch for heated seat will not turn on, the light blinks once and
then goes off, passenger seat works, it worked fine yesterday? Just replace switch?

pop the batwing off, pop the switch out and see if it binding on the edge of the batwing. If that does not work, i would replace.

Sounds like possibly an open in the heating grid in the actual seat. As above poster said, it is easy to pop the switches out and swap them, if the problem remains, most likely heating grid in the seat.
