Ira,

Don't buy any exhaust until you have listened to it in person on a car like yours. The sound bits give you a general idea of what a system sounds like but it's not the real thing.

I bought a fabspeed system based on what I heard and it was not the same as it is on my car. Like shankgt2 said it has lots of resonance!!!

Sound is a personal perferance thing so before you spend a couple $ listen to the sytems to see what you like best.

PS my fabspeed exhaust is for sale!

Ira,
I noticed you are from New Jersey.
We have a 2004 996tt cab with our export system installed on it.
If you would like to stop by and take the car for a drive and see how it sounds, give me a call so we can arrange a date that is convenient for you.

Thanks
Erik

Ira,

I posted some sound clips of the above exhaust when it was on my old turbo. Sound is subjective, but, I have heard them all. The cargraphic has little if any interior resonance and is loud/throaty on the outside. Definately take a listen in person, you'll like what you hear! Also, I know in person is best, but, my sound clips are very very close to the actual sound... Good luck

Lou

Ira,

Europipe has an awesome sound but you have to get a X50 or K24 turbos in some how. Further, it is a very nice well build quality and I have hear that after a while some internal shells breaks and create resonance.

I have Cargraphic Medium....with K16 sounds just perfect, now with K24 it sounds Malevolent.........
