radio problem --

Started the car today to go home and the radio comes on but gave an " amplifier and cd changer not available" reading. I have never seen this before. The map works and shows radio stations but no sound and cannot change over to the cd changer.

2003 996 TT X50

Thanks in advanced for any help!!!

Strange Radio Issue myself....

I have had issues with my radio turning itself off (then back on again) all by itself.
Has anyone had this problem. Mine is a 2003 X50 as well.
Seems like a 'Gremlin' of sorts.

I pulled the ground wire off the battery for a few minutes and when I put it back on everything worked fine...
