Need Help With This One

I moved my '02 TT out of the garage this morning so the HVAC guys could install a new heater. When I went to start it tonight to pull it back in nothing.... I thought maybe the battery had gone down from not being driven recently so I put it on the charger for a few hours but still nothing. All the lights, radio etc work but I get a symbol of an engine with the words "Failure Indicator" on the dash display. Any ideas? I thought about disconnecting the battery for a while to clear the code but wasn't sure that would work.

Hey Mike your suggestion worked. I unpluged the computer for a couple of minutes and Voila.... It started right up. Don't think it was a loose conection but who knows. Seems to be running fine. Thanks again.
