Need help with EPL flash cable

Does anyone have the driver for the flashing cable? I have the EPL software and file but when I plug in the cable from my OBD2 port to my computer it is not recognized. (Unknown USB<->Serial device).

Thanks!

As do most/all xp/vista machines.

Don - When you plugs the cable in, the correct driver is available through Microsoft.

If you have to force the install I can email you the drives, but we havent had to do this on any of the recent releases of the dealer flash loader.

Thanks for the reply Tony. I believe I have the right driver for the cable but now when I select my file to flash it gives me an error message of "The flash in not authorized to complete. Please make sure to select the correct file to flash before trying again."

Give me a call of you can.
