My New Project GTXXXX
My car was still on the hoist the night before the mile and we had to take it down to the Mile on a trailor. It can be done, have faith
Looking forward to hear her roar.

Update....there is something broken in the ECU and Alex shipped it back to EVOMS. Alex's 996tt is going through a motor build too, so he sent his too. This way if Todd cant get mine to work, I will just use Alex's...what a great guy. Todd says we will have it back on Monday and we can fire it up.
The exhaust is done. Everything else is done.

Weird....I've seen Alex driving around in that 996 for about 3 weeks or so. Damn it looks good. He's really been putting down the miles for sure. I saw him at Target, Costco, Albertsons and most recently running it through the Gig Harbor Car Wash
Jags are you sure its not done

What's the OD on that... 2.5" or 3"?

Jags,
Looks like the WG's are facing down. Make sure when they strap them on the dyno the belts not right underneath them, they will burn and the car will get sideways big time. My car's two strap broke, got sideways, and the door got bumped in on the side. It could get really scary when you dyno these big boys. Waiting for the engine crank LOL.

Mark I went with a 1.5 inch piping for the exhaust. Alex recommended it that was to create maximum back pressure.

gotta be a typo. probably meant 2.5 inch. At his power level, the backpressure of a 1.5 inch exhaust would probably blow the exhaust off the car
