Lame window dirt streak question

Is there anything I can do to avoid NASTY dirt streaks everytime I roll down my windows then back up.

Do I need to clean the inside of the rubber trim piece ? Pull door panel off and clean the inside of the door ? Fold back the rubber piece and try and clean it out with my air compressor ?

It's not just the few streaks, it's a real mess.

I read a thread about this awhile ago. Seems theres a guide pad that absorbs moisture in the window mechanism that needs to be addressed. You'll have to search for the thread.

Thanks for the link, I felt a bit petty for asking but

it's a bit frustrating. Just one roll down and up and the window is a mess.

I'll search around for a DIY on removing the door panel.
