if it looks clean and nice and you like it and want to buy it take it to a porsche mechanic or dealer and have a a full PPI and DME report done, if possible take it to a trusted mechanic not just some random guy. If it has 600 hp find out who did the tune and speak to them, find out what exactly was done then research them.

search this forum, there are tons of threads about buying one of these cars

yeah, this will tell you how hard he drove the car and at what rmp, etc. you can bring it to an independent porsche mechanic for a pre-sale inspection. contacting the tuner will help too.

On a modded car it is extremely important to check the install on the mods and the quality of work performed. Improper modifications can cause $$$$ in repairs.

Get info on the modifications, receipts and who did the work. Also possibly talk to the shop that did the work for information on the car. A good install and modification platform can save you lots of time, a problem car can cost you a lot of money and heartache

Or you can buy a 600 bhp AWD Ruf RTurbo and not have any worries. And they cost less as a total package then some piecemeal modded car.

No, its black. Send me a link to the silver one in florida if you dont mind. There is a problem with the title on the car I was picking up, apparently there was a 2nd lean on the car for $20k. They are trying to get it worked out... sigh. Now I dont have my Supra anymore, and this is the 1st cold weekend we have had this season(about 60 degrees). Wonderful driving/turbo weather and my garage is empty.
