Urgent Need Help ASAP From Evo, Imagine, or etc

My tech is working on my car right now (yes @ 10pm)
but he's being cautious regarding to putting some parts together...

he's just wondering for the new F-hose...
the stock one has an extra hole that feeds back to the factory... (for boost or watever)... but the new unit only has 3 holes...
he's wondering if it's designed that way... and if it'll trigger the check engine light or wat so ever light on...
the fourth hole is for the sensor thing...
but it's missing... how do we correct that...?
