I will first be injecting it with butter and minced garlic. I will also concoct a rub made up of fresh thyme, fresh sage, cayenne pepper, garlic salt and onion powder. I might hit it with some rosemary as well, but I'm not sure.

It's a 13lb bird that should take about 45-50 minutes to cook.
