Can anyone tell me if the seats from a 2007' 997tt can be installed in a 2001' 996tt without major modification. The 07' seats are sport with full power. My 02' seats are sport with only the back power. The seat slides forward and back manually. I am very interested in the seats because I have been looking for a mint set in light grey forever. I finally found them but am afraid they will not fit properly!

 

They should be a direct bolt in. I bought some 997 GT3 sport seats and they went right into my 2002 996TT.
