rear wiper delete plug/cover part #?

read on a post but cant find it again. people are using a keyhole cover to plug the hole???

Can someone please advise part number? thank you!

has anyone seen their alum door trim kit? an option to re-doing mine which are scratched up pretty bad. thanks!
