That house is sick. Knowing Florida, they probably use it 2 months a year. As far as prices go, it's expensive just about everywhere now. 3 years ago DC was cheap, now a 2 bed 2 bath, 1500 sq ft. goes for 750k. Unreal.

 

You know whats insane, My friend that lives across that street from me was telling me the rent for his 3600 sq feet apartment is 20,000 a month(he only pays 3000 because his parents brought it in 1960) but for new tenants it's 20g's. NOW THATS INSANE!

But you guys are ballers so thats nothing :-P

 

Wow GreyGhost you have a beutiful car and that house of your is one very classy ****-pad . Talking about prices, you guys should swing by my barrio, its nothing on the Florida or that house, but prices here are insane too, but if i just move about 20 miles away from the city into Framingham/Natick, and things just go down hill, prices are split at least in a third! But who wants to live there anyway?

That house looks like the typical newer construction home on the Westside in LA. Except an oceanfront house like that in Malibu would be even more money.

Robert, how much would a house like that fetch in Gilroy these days?

My neck of the wood would be about 5mil, depending on how tasteful is the interior.
I'm not thrill about the choice of stones outside the house.
