Thank you for posting!!!! The off season is tough, I have some races saved to get me through, but that makes my heart beat FAST. Today's long camera shots do not give the perception of speed and proximity that they accomplished with that footage.
Oh I think Schumi dropping 1.5 seconds per lap on the field (to gain over well 15 seconds in 12 laps) when they changed from a 2 to a 3 stop strategy was definitely real driving skill, but these guys were doing it with a whole lot more risk than Schumi (on this occasion).

I attended the Italian grand prix years ago--there's nothing like a F1 race! Got to sit in Schumi's car in the garage before the race (he was racing for Benneton at the time and my company was a sponsor, so we got to tour the garage before the race). Also met Johnny Herbert, who won that day.
