TwinT is infamous around these parts
996tt/GT2 headers same as 997tt/GT2

Im told they are the same but they have different part codes

996 - 996.111.101.73

997 - 997.111.101.76

Are there any differences? and can you fit 997 headers to a 996?

Thanks

I don't know if there's a difference, but why would you even want to change them out? Both are stock. Most of the discussions here for the TT headers have agreed that under 600 HP, the stock headers are as good as anything out there. The best upgrade is to port them.

I want another set to port and have been told that the 997 items fit.

Got some offered at a bargain and just wanted to check that they were usable for the 996.

thanks

Can someone confirm TRUE or FALSE? Are 996TT and 997TT headers the same or different? If they are different are the 997TT headers a direct bolt-on upgrade?
