Hourly labor

Hi
I would like to find a PDF format or any other support of the hourly labor that porsche charge to customers when they change/repair something.
Example: How many hours Porsche will charged to change the brakes, the suspension, injector , clutch etc...........
I am not talking about price here , just the time.

Thanks guys

^^ If you ask, they can make it up as they go along!!

There is a published manual, I beleive Mitchell uses the Porsche data in their guide- but I've never gotten a copy of this for any car (they are proprietary, usually CD/DVD/Online based and/or subscription)

A dealer can charge 'book time' or can make it 150% or more of book time.

So "just asking" isn't going to tell you what PORSCHE allows or publishes....

Everyone is right. Porsche "recommends" how much time they think it will take. Everyone is different. An experienced shop might do it in half the time. Not sure you will get the same number from everyone...We've just learned recently in another thread, that there is one shop that charges $5000 to change turbos and $500 to change oil, so buyer beware. ALWAYS ask, then double check another shop. As far as hourly labor cost, could be anywhere from $95 an hour to $130 an hour, maybe more.

Here is a general outline of billing hour methodology in the States: 6 hours of actual work, bill 10 hours, hour and a half, 4 hours etc...

In France it is: 6 hours of actual work, bill 10, but the workers go on strike because they do not get a 20 minute break every 2 hours
