Sean the shoulder is good , finishing up PT and just got cleared from my surgeon, hopefully 2010 will be better to me then 2009 !!!!

Corey send me some pictures of the hotties on the beach , with caution though so the wife dont see it ..lol ..

oh ya pain is still there with certain movements , i still cant sleep on my stomach and put my arms under the pillow .. not even close. doubt i will ever be the same but whatever...

oh and mark we have snow up here allright ... 2 feet we just got . had the subaru out trying to do a little rallying but after a while it lost clearance lol
