Can it read info like the Type I and II over-revs and flash count?

I'm guessing not, since it appears to be a "generic" OBD II scanner type tool.

Have to use a specific wifi cable that connects to your OBDII port and transmits a closed circuit signal that is designed for the program and your phone. I thought of the same thing before I purchased the Kiwi Wifi cable.
