Need Help!! My Check engine light came on. Error Code P1109.

I have a 2004 996TT. My check engine light came on. The error code read P1109. What does this mean? What could be causing this? Thanks.

P1109 Input variables, charge measurement - above limit
Possible fault cause
- Heavily soiled throttle
- Throttle adjusting unit faulty
- Mass air flow sensor faulty

Clean MAF - Suggested below

Here you go: Looks like a MAF. Did you recently install a NEW "Oily" Air Filter?

I would try at least cleaning the MAF First.

P1109:

Input variables, charge measurement - above limit

Points to:

1) Heavily Soiled Throttle
2) Throttle Adjusting Unit Faulty
3) Bad MAF.
