Lot of Profit...LOL, I wish. This is the last of my savings as well as my other investments to make this happen. It is worth it though. That is the main reason I do a lot of the work myself. I got to have it the way I wanted for a fraction of the cost. The only issue is lack of time with my family.

Thanks for the kind words. We plan on having a open house Jan 29th and will officially announce it in the next week or so if anyone is in the area.
