Thanks for the input. I wasn't aware of the questionable reputation of Speed Gallery. Is there a reputable Porsche shop in southern California that could look this car over and give some assurance as to its quality? Or would it be better to take it to a dealership?

I'm negotiating with the seller. I'm hoping to have some conclusion to the matter by tomorrow sometime.
By the way, GMG inspected the car and it checked out very nicely with only a few minor issues. Drove it back to the seller's place of business afterwards down the newport coast. I was in heaven.

Picked up the car this afternoon. The seller had it washed and ready to go. I'll post some pictures if I can figure out how to do it.
I'm still getting used to the power. The handling is excellent. Hard to believe that the car only has 4,700 miles. It's practically a new car even though its 8 years old.
So far, very pleased with it. I'm sure I will have lots of questions as I get to know the car. Thanks to all for your input.

Finally got a chance to snap some pictures of my new ride. So far the car has been running great except for a boost hose that came loose. I had the guys at GMG fix the issue.

Great looking car! The interior looks much nicer than I would have thought being such a light color against the white exterior as well. Quick question, what is that triangular extension on the decklid? Is that a rearview back-up camera or maybe a track camera? Enjoy in best of health!
