Can somebody give me some info please?

I want to turn off the third brake light since I now have a fixed rear spoiler and don't want to have both on at the same time.(I don't mind the reflector staying there inoperable)

And I bought a new E brake handle. Is it hard to replace or shoud I do it myself?

Where can I find directions for these things?

OK, found the brake light on renntech.
How about the Ebrake?
