rear side window loose, how'dya tighten them?

Was hoping someone could offer some advice on rear windows on my 01TT. Once of them is very loose and feels like is almost just resting in the seal versus the other which is solid. I am chasing rattles and notices this may be the cause of it. Am stumped as to how these are fixed in place and how to make them more solid. They may just rest in seals but I am not sure.

TIA.

Definatelly not an easy task. I have no idea why would one come loose unless a fastener broke off or it had prior repair in that area.
Either way, interior pieces have to be remover and I believe that on the whole strip of door gasket the rivets have to be drilled out. Don't quote me on this thou.
